To do a live chat, I had to still have my printer under warrantly (lucky me, it still was), even though it was an app issue, and I don't think it should have applied. I had to use the virtual assistant and ask just the right questions in order to access a live chat, since the virtual chat couldn't solve my problem. Re-started everything, re-installed the app, still no luck. After the most recent update (I assume), the app would immediately crash when I tried to open it. You can trust HP again.When it worked, it was great.
